Shipping & payment conditions

2connect Ltd.&Co.KG ships your packages with DHL logistics.
The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of 5.00 euros.
For delivery via cash on delivery** we charge a fee of 6,50 Euro.
From an order value of currently 179,99 Euro the shipping within Germany is FREE!*.
*For payments via Amazon and PayPal Express this does not apply and the flat shipping price will be charged.
**Checkout is currently not offered further. If you want this extra, please write to us before buying.

Shipping outside Germany: is automatically determined and calculated by the store based on the country of delivery. As a rule, the cost within the EU is about 18.00 - 20.00 euros
(up to a weight of 30 KG)
For foreign shipments which are not listed here, please ask for the respective price and the approximate delivery time.
Delivery time Germany: approx. 3 days after shipping // International: depending on the country approx. 5-7 days after shipping. However, these are approximate values, as DHL does not guarantee a standard delivery. 
A pickup of the goods is possible by appointment, in this case the shipping costs do not apply. 
 

After successful shipment, you will automatically receive an email with a package tracking number, which you can use to track the package exactly and at any time. So you have e.g. also the possibility to leave the package with your neighbor, if you can not be present at the specified delivery time itself. Of course, only if you want this !!!

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
